• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
• Gold, silver, and gemstone prices may fluctuate based on market rates; prices at the time of order confirmation will apply.
• Hallmarked jewelry, where applicable, complies with BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) hallmarking requirements.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email or message from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons, and will refund any amount already paid in such cases.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway partner(s). We do not store your full card, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials on our servers. By making a payment, you confirm that the payment method used is lawfully yours.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed, and may be affected by courier delays, location, or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
• Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, available on the Website, which forms part of these Terms.
