This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on https://rangriwaaz.in (the “Website”), operated by Rang Riwaaz. This policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions in Section 2. Requests made after this window will not be accepted, except where the product is found to be defective or materially different from what was ordered.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
• Returned in its original packaging, including the original box, pouch, and any protective inserts.
• Accompanied by the original invoice and, where applicable, the certificate of authenticity/hallmarking card.
• Free of any signs of alteration, resizing, or engraving carried out after delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings and other pierced/body jewelry, once the hygiene seal is broken.
• Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry pieces.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance/liquidation sales.
• Gift cards.

4. How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at sales@rangriwaaz.in or call (91) 9211477522 within the return window, with your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions, including the return address and any return-shipping requirements.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging before handing it to the courier.

5. Quality Check

All returned items go through a quality check upon receipt at our facility. Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions in Section 2 may be rejected and sent back to you, or a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

6. Refunds

Once your return passes the quality check, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI to an account/details you provide.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account or statement.

7. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, design, or product instead of a refund, please mention this when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the same eligibility conditions as returns. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement, full refund, or repair, as applicable, at no additional cost to you.

9. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will bear the return shipping cost. For returns due to change of mind or size/preference issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return process above. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at sales@rangriwaaz.in or (91) 9211477522 with your order number.

11. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and other applicable laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
